1. Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of the website teciforp.com and the services provided by Teciforp SL ("Teciforp", "we", "us", "our") implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service by the user.
If the user disagrees with any of the clauses set forth herein, they must refrain from using the website and services.

3. Description of services
Teciforp provides the following services:
- An informational website (teciforp.com) describing the company's activities, products and services.
- SaaS business management platforms focused on traditional sectors (construction, real estate, accounting, window manufacturing and others), marketed under brands such as Teciforp ERP, InmoIA, Folia and VENEDA.
- Support, training and consulting services associated with the above platforms.
The specific scope of SaaS services, their functionalities, service levels (SLA), pricing and specific conditions will be governed by individual contracts with each customer.
4. Use conditions
The user undertakes to use the website and services diligently, in accordance with applicable law, public order and these Terms.
The following is expressly prohibited:
- Using the website or services for fraudulent, unlawful or illegal purposes.
- Introducing or disseminating viruses, trojans, worms or other harmful elements capable of damaging or altering Teciforp or third-party systems.
- Performing unauthorised access, denial-of-service attacks, reverse engineering, unauthorised mass scraping or any other form of abusive use.
- Impersonating third parties or providing false or inaccurate information.
- Reproducing, distributing, modifying, decompiling, translating or creating derivative works from the website or services without Teciforp's express authorisation.
- Using the website or services to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
5. User accounts
When the use of a service requires the creation of an account, the user will be responsible for:
- Providing truthful, accurate and complete information.
- Keeping identification data up to date.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials and notifying Teciforp of any suspicion of unauthorised use.
- Assuming all activities carried out with their credentials.
Teciforp reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms, without prejudice to any corresponding legal actions.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
All intellectual and industrial property rights over the website, services, software, source code, databases, designs, logos, trademarks (including Teciforp, Teciforp ERP, InmoIA, Folia, VENEDA and any others exploited by the company), images, texts and, in general, any content accessible through teciforp.com, are the exclusive property of Teciforp SL or, where applicable, of third parties who have authorised their use.
The user is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the website and use the contracted services in accordance with these Terms. Any other use shall require Teciforp's prior, express and written authorisation.
Trade names, trademarks and distinctive signs of third parties mentioned on the website are used solely for identification purposes and belong to their respective owners.
7. User-provided content
The user warrants that they hold the necessary rights over the content they provide through the website or SaaS services (texts, images, data, documents) and provides them under their sole responsibility.
By providing such content, the user grants Teciforp a limited, non-exclusive and free licence to store, process and display it strictly to the extent necessary for the provision of the service. Teciforp does not claim any additional ownership over the customer's content.
8. Limitation of liability
Teciforp provides the website and services "as is" and makes reasonable efforts to keep them available, secure and error-free. However, it does not guarantee the absolute absence of interruptions, errors, technical failures or data loss arising from causes beyond its reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teciforp shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, moral or reputational damages.
- Damages resulting from improper use of the website or services by the user.
- Third-party content linked from the website.
- Causes of force majeure or fortuitous events.
Teciforp's total accumulated liability towards the user, on any account and during the term of the service, shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations shall not apply in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence or where mandatory law prevents their limitation.
9. Indemnification
The user undertakes to hold Teciforp, its administrators, employees and collaborators harmless from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from their breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
10. Third-party links and services
The website may contain links to sites or services operated by third parties. Teciforp assumes no responsibility for the content, policies or practices of such third parties. The use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Modification of Terms
Teciforp may modify these Terms at any time. Material modifications will be communicated with a minimum notice period of 30 days through the website or by email. Continued use of the services after the modifications take effect will imply their acceptance.
12. Termination
Teciforp may suspend or terminate access to the website or services in the event of a serious breach of these Terms by the user, with prior notice where reasonably possible.
Provisions which by their nature should survive termination (in particular, intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification and jurisdiction) shall continue to apply.
13. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction
The parties shall attempt to resolve in good faith any discrepancy arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms through direct negotiation.
In the absence of agreement, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante, Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
14. General provisions
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with specific contracts entered into for SaaS services and referenced policies (Privacy, Cookies), constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the described subject.
- Severability: if any clause of these Terms is found to be null or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force.
- No waiver: Teciforp's failure to exercise any right under these Terms will not constitute a waiver thereof.
- Assignment: the user may not assign rights derived from these Terms without Teciforp's prior written consent.
- Notices: any notice to Teciforp must be sent to hola@teciforp.com.
15. Applicable law
These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law.
